Ben's Story I Kennedy Krieger Institute

Meet Ben, a patient from our inpatient and specialized transition rehabilitation programs who, following surgery to remove a malignant brain tumor, arrived at Kennedy Krieger to receive interdisciplinary evaluation, treatment and rehabilitative services including physical and occupational therapies and tutoring. Through his hard work, and the caring, compassionate and supportive staff at Kennedy Krieger, he is now back to school and able to play with his little brother and friends again. Ben’s family represents just one of the more than 20,000 patients and families from all over the world that we serve each year.
