I've had the M1000 for about 2-1/2 Years now and my experience is very similar to yours. bought it assembled also. A few minor issues when it arrived. Customer service was fantastic, and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

Thank you George... a video like this is worth a hundred sponsored reviews (and a thousand fake reviews, made by manufacturers!). Like & Subscribed, looking forward to catching up on your other videos. 😊

I've had mine for a few years and think it's the best thing I've purchased. I do resin inlays and 3D machining, I've built tables with it, the accuracy is amazing. Customer support is excellent and super responsive. I just this weekend had an issue with it and I'm working through it with customer support, but this is a minor event. If I ever get my hobby turned into a business, I will buy multiple M1000's for the reliability and redundancy, which I think is a better way to go over one bigger machine. Right now I'm considering expanding my capability and buying the 4th axis.

I don't know why but that piece of wood up above the CNC sure looks familiar...

I’m on the fence between stepcraft and onefinity. Being an international customer I’m more leaning towards Stepcraft, but onefinity feels like it offers almost industrial package in a hobby friendly space and price. One thing that keeps annoying me on Stepcraft’s website though is the over use of the sentence “German quality” that basically trying to upsell themselves as intrinsically better than everyone else based on that fact alone.
