On the map in the intro, there's something highlighted in India. Possibly something to do with Vishkar? Maybe they did a really big crime there?

I'd love the short to be about Mei, despite the fact that many people hate her. I'm really curious about what she could've been up to at the Watchpoint, what generally happened there, how it all looked like. A short about Lucio would be awesome as well, how he built up his career and all that. Reinhardt and Zarya would be pretty snazzy to see too. McCree could also make an interesting short, but considering that he's gotten a comic (now that I've realized Reinhardt also has one) it's unlikely.

I'm reposting my comment here because there is STILL some toxic people running amock... I honestly do NOT understand the hate for this short...! Yes it isn't what we were expecting and yes, it obviously didn't take quite as much time to make, but it was funny, informative, and it's better than nothing! We got to see why JR & RH had their crime spree, I thought Junkrat was wonderfully expressive, I thought the intro was fantastic, and it made me excited for the new map! AND BESIDES! Would you rather it was a full short, and we didn't get a BRAND NEW MAP AND THE BEST EVENT SKINS SO FAR? Put some thought into the production process of a dedicated group like the Overwatch team before you go posting hate for them on the internet.

My favorite trailer yet, now I'm kinda hoping "The Queen" will be a playable hero in future, both cause a female Junker is needed and a heavily blinged out (and possibly scrappily made mech-riding) spin on the Mad Max theme would be cool to see

I feel like the queen could be a new hero some point in the future. I know people say that a lot when something new comes out, look at Maximillion from Doomfists comic, but the real credibility from this is that we actually have a voice for her. So she has a voice actress. She has combat experience, she is the queen of Junkertown of all places, I'm sure she has to get dirty at times. And also beside her almighty throne we see some weaponry models which doesn't look familiar to any other character and could have some practical use. Hopefully she's a new hero some point in the future, I'm not praying for anytime soon. Maybe not until next year perhaps, maybe late next year. But it would be nice.. Also she has a god damn aussie accent and it's so sexy..

The Junkrat and Roadhog animated short "The Plan" is the best animated short from Overwatch It was hilarious!

I was beaming throughout the entire little animation, assuming they don't conflict with the actual cinematics. it's a delightful way to flesh out the characters more while saving bigger events for the shorts.

Love the short. I think people expect movie-like production all the time, but shorts like this, Sombra's, Doomfist's, Orisa's and Ana's are really good as well. A variety of such cinematics makes it more interesting. As for the map, new favorite since Eichenwalde.

Well, I've gotta say, if they decide to use the in-game engine for shorts in the future, that will be pretty cool as they'll be able to pump more out, even if they don't look as good as the previous shorts. As for the short coming up, I just want anything, ANYTHING! I just want to see any character doing something

I really liked the new cinematic, it's very T-2-styled animation and fits Junkrat. Plus, it looks like we'll be seeing more Junkertown, too. ;3
