On the Double Bull black window fabric facing outwards is so if you have to lower it down it will not be as noticeable it will go from black to black.

Good comparison. You covered all the important information and it was useful 👍

Thank you for an honest review! I have seen a few review videos and this is the most helpful with a side by side comparison.

I bought a Tidewe blind last year, set it up in September so the deer get used to it. Hunted out of it twice. I could see really well through the mesh. Came back the next week and some damn critter had chewed up the front, got the window open, got inside then chewed up the left window and crawled back out 🤬🤬🤬. We repaired it as well as we could with clear flex-seal tape. Shot a deer out of it the next morning 🤣. Contrary to Tidewes claims, some wind does get through the mesh. The wind was gusting about 25 mph and you could feel it through the mesh if you laid your hand on the mesh.

Thanks for the thorough vid. We are dealing with a lot of predators on our small farm, mainly bobcats, hawks and coyotes, so started thinking about a blind to use while teleworking, which I’ve used for Turkey hunting. Plan to run power to it so my bro and I can telework with power for laptops and charging, taking turns being in the spot to strike. Thanks!

Just got the 3-4 person TideWe for $151.51. They have a sale going on and used a $20 off coupon. I'm excited to try it out! I'm thinking I'm gonna try to leave it out year around and spray it with UV Protectant and Seam Sealer everytime I go to fill the feeders. I want the game to get used to it and think it's a part of the environment. We'll see how it holds up. Thank you for the review.

I know the double bull blinds do very well in keeping one dry during rain. How does the tidwe blind do in rain? Also, the double bull blind lasts for many years. How does the tidewe blind hold up over the years?

I have both a tide weed and a double bowl blind, and I love the corner windows where you can open up the blacked out area and nothing else. I actually safety my blackout windows to where I only open up half of it so I can shoot through it. The reason those windows are black is so when it’s open, you don’t notice or the deer don’t notice a difference as if it’s camo and then when you’re in it, you crack the window open to Schueth or open the window all the way, the camo is gone and it alerts the deer that something is different is different.
Hi, I wish the tide we had blackout windows and the availability to open a small window window for a gun or a crossbow

Not familiar with either, but your review was helpful. Do both blinds do a good job of keeping out mosquitoes & flies? (Only while the windows are closed of course, lol!)

Bought 2 TideWe blinds for my elk hunt the elk were not bothered by the blinds we had elk coming into wallows with the cameras within days. Cattle did pop a couple of the zippers but the should pop back into place. For $100 it’s better that anything I’ve ever purchased on FB the other stuff was trash this is useable.

The TideWe blind is ok for the money, my hunting buddy bought one to "save money" instead of paying good money for a quality blind such as a Double Bull. The TideWe material is thin and rips easily on briars and stickers, the camo fades pretty quickly when left out in the elements, he left his out for the entire turkey season and it faded quickly. I have owned a Double Bull Matrix360 from the day Keith Beam invented it and then sold it to Primos. I currently have 3 Double Bull Blinds, The Matrix360, The Dark Horse and the new Surround View Double Wide. There is really no comparison to the Double Bull. It has a LIFETIME warranty on the rods, it has water resistant material that is way more durable to the elements, a back pack carry bag that will hold the blind and 2 stools or 1 stool and a firearm, you cant get that with TideWe. Yes the TideWe cost is way less, and you can buy three of them to the cost of 1 Double Bull, and that a good thing, because you will need 3 TideWe to last as long as 1 Double Bull..

I’m curious. If the windows are open. How is you’re silhouette? Can it be seen?

I’ve never used double bull but the tide we in my opinion is very cheaply made. I like the window layout but poor execution. I can’t get the windows to stay completely open without tucking the middle under itself. The entrance( mine was a zipper only) was extremely loud to get in and out and the entrance is quite small. I left my blind out in the woods from early August til end of November and started getting little pin holes in the roof and on the back black portion. I think it’s best suited for turkey hunting set up in a field. In a woods setting with any kind of overcast it was very difficult to see out of the side windows due to how dark it was. I’m a bigger guy 6-3 with a 30 inch draw and when I draw my elbow hits the back of the blind very little clearance for shooting my bow with how small vertically the windows are. Definitely a lot of room for improvements but for the price it’s kind of what I expected

Why would anybody purchase a ground blind without a bottom?
