I wouldn't say fashion bully. That's his opinion and as much as I like Gaga I agree. A lot of the stuff she where are a lot more of a costume than an outfit

She made the bully remark on the view in regards to Tim gun calling out Hillary Clinton's fashion sense. She was not defending her own fashion choices, but rather defending Hilary Clinton's... as for what constitutes as fashion, i am unaware of the rules and guild-lines when it comes to self expression. Fashion is about expressing yourself, its about showing the person you are. Lady gaga's fashion sense is dramatic yes, but shes a dramatic person. Its very much who she is.
