X-ray of my knee after I had fallen the radiologist said he found 2 lesions. One was a lytic lesion the other was blastic and gave the sizes and descriptions of each. Noted it was worrisome and to follow up with a CT SCAN OR FULL BODY BONE SCAN. I followed up with a CT SCAN OF my left knee down to my left foot. This report only showed a mild narrowing of my medial femoral tibial compartment. Otherwise no cysts etc. the reports are so different which one am I supposed to believe???

CT scans deliver moderate to large amounts of radiation also. Choose MRIs first always.

Such drastic hand movements and still my question has not been answered. Is it a CT/MRI than bone/tissue/fat/air appears black/white/gray?

Whoever created CTs and MRIs should have switched the names. CT would be so easy to remember connective tissue=CT scan, but alas, it's the MRI that does connective tissue scans.
