Quick look at the Raspberry Pi EzConnect from Adafruit

Very useful little device, provides screw terminals for quick and simple connection while also preserving the GPIO pins. Conveniently Increases the number of available 3.3v, 5v and GND connections with four screw terminals each for 3.3 and 5 plus a row of each on the breadboard which can be easily soldered.

Perfect device to use for the pigrow especially if you plan on adding new sensors, changing things around or simply want to avoid soldering.

--and yes it's probably not a good idea to connect it one handed, as you might have noticed i bent one of the pins, no problem though it bent right back into it's proper place.
