Great, quick video! At 0:34 "Press and hold the power button for two seconds to turn on the remote controller and the aircraft". This is incorrect. It should be stated "Press, release, press again and hold the power button"

Great quick video, 0:48 says to place the drone on level ground but the video shows the drone being placed on a rock. For any newbies taking up drone flying this could cause problems. Firstly the rock won't be completely flat and the drone is tilted, secondly if RTH (return to home) is used and it tries to land itself on the rock it may end badly.


I love the Mavic 2 Pro, I've bought one, I can't recommend it enough. But these videos need to be fool proof or someones passion / love / bank account may not cope with inaccuracies. If you'r reading this and about to fly your drone for the first time make sure you also see @Marty Piecyk's comment When powering on the remote and the aircraft you press once then press and hold the power button on the remote control and then do the same with the button on top of the aircraft.


If you're thinking of buying your first drone then this is the drone for you, incredibly agile, very forgiving and the camera quality on the Pro is absolutely awesome.

Our drone just crash thanks to a mall function in the controller,
while flying the drone and the remote controller turned all white and we werent able to get our drone back

the support system only offers a 15% discount for a new drone but that doesnt cover the cost, also the controller isn`t working how it should be

I currently have your fpv drone. (not avata) MANY of your customers including myself would love to fly our drones in manual mode but we cannot because we fly with an inverted pitch, and currently there is no way to change that setting. I understand you provide that option on other models but not for the fpv model. Please consider changing this as many people that bought this drone to fly fpv cannot.
