mine just scans for devices for ever and nothing ever shows up i know they work cuz they worked with my phone but not with this

This video did not help at all. But I asked my friend for advice. My problem was I cannot switch on the bluetooth at all, the thing where you need to click to toggle it on/off is kind of grey-ed out and unclickable. I was in the middle of doing my work and my mouse and keyboard suddenly disconnected and bluetooth is off. That’s when I realised I can’t switch on the Bluetooth anymore even after countless restarting. My friend advice me to do the basic troubleshoot which include clearing cache and cookies etc. and shutdown and let it rest for like 5 min atleast and turn it back on. and it WORKED! I’m not sure if it’ll work for yall, but worth a try as it works for me 🎉

OK so unconventional method and not stated in this video BUT What I did was take my phone charger out of the USB and immediately after my Bluetooth began to work on the chrome book I’m assuming it disables the Bluetooth sometimes when there is a charger plugged in. Hope this helps!

I was connected to my speaker and then all of a sudden it just unplugged and the bluetooth symbol when you open the little menu by where the time's at (clock) and the bluetooth symbol disappeared completely and now the bluetooth section in settings is like blocked completely. Won't turn on and I already turned my chromebook on and off wtf

so i got the acer Chromebook, and i paired my headphones. it takes a really long time to connect, and so i made it forget it was paired and just connect it like i first connect it every time. yesterday, my headphones stopped popping up. I sat there for 2 hours and the thing with the acer is that it'll flip the bluetooth on and off which is getting me really frustrated. Can someone please help me?
