ABS absolutely has a place, just like eBikes. While I personally prefer as little material between me and the trail (i.e. no batteries, no motors), I see a lot of sense in ABS in urban environs and work bikes. If I rode in those climes I'd consider it

A helmet with remote controlled lights has been already there for a while: The Lumos helmet. I own one. It’s pretty neat. Giro just copied that.

Nice to see that ABS. The first prototypes were developed and tested at our university in cooperation with Bosch. Back then, the whole unit was as big as a shoe box haha.

What you have to do Ollie is take the 64 carbon chainring, combine it with the Classified and a 11-42, and that clip on motor, all on that TT bike. And then ride one-handed holding the mic, testing the ABS brakes.

I had a go on the ABS bike at Frankfurt and thought it was amazing. It's not just for noobs, it's for that moment when you're casually cruising along and someone pulls out in front of you, it gives you real confidence once you get used to it. You'd be bonkers to turn off ABS in your car these days, this is much the same!

Talk about a kid in the candy store... Great video!! ABS certainly has it's place specially on heavier e- and cargo bikes. It's not only mandatory in cars but it's now also a very common feature in the two wheel world of motor bikes.

That "new" water bottle texture to reduce slip, is the same texture (scratches) you get on a cheap bottle due to wear and tear on an aluminum bottle cage 😂, elite does make pretty bottles though, cheers
