Botanical Garden Astana Kazakhstan 2020

The Botanical Garden has been opened in the capital dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Astana. Well-known scientists and leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Germany, Italy and France participated in creation of the concept. There are 83 thousand hectares of trees planted there, which have grown to 20-25 meters. Each year, the area of ​​planted forests increases by five thousand hectares. On the territory of the Botanical Garden you can find the follwing: a bicycle path, a running track, sports coverings, a pedestrian bridge and an artificial reservoir. The total area of ​​landscaping is more than 613 thousand square meters. Among the planted bushes and trees there are collections from Europe, Asia and North America.
