Why Your Maltese is Not Eating Food ? What to do Now

Has your Maltese puppy stopped eating their food? This can be a concerning sign and there could be a number of reasons which could be the
reason for them not eating their food. A Maltese generally is a picky eater
and will turn their nose up at a lot of options but they will eat anything if they are hungry.

I have a Maltese dog and she's very picky she don't like dog food so what I do I buy frozen peas Frozen carrots frozen broccoli Frozen greens and I do turkey cornish hens Simon dog broth I add different Meats with that and put them in the freezer bags she loved it sweet potatoes for her snack I do blueberries with coconut oil and put it in the freezer and she loved that for snacks I don't even buy dog food.

Found a video on YT of a guy feeding his Maltese chopped raw chicken. I tried that w/ mine & she gobbles it up! I have a cleaver & a cutting board & I chop a whole raw chicken wing, bones & all. Not a picky eater anymore!

My puppy has got so used to the duck treats and sweet potatoes duck treats she doesn't want any food. Dog or people. Most of the time she gives me that look and wine.I give in 90 of the time. She knows the cabinet to lean on. Then Stands up and waits.

My Maltese Picy is 16 years old. He's always been a picky eater but now even more... He'd rather go hungry than eat something he doesn't like and he refuses to eat the same food everyday. He wants variety. I have to get on the floor with him and hand feed him. When he absolutely refuses to eat, I give in and give him cereal. He loves cheerios, honey combs, peanut butter cereal, and rice cereal. Someone suggested raw chicken. I'll try that... I'm running out of ideas here
