Mate..stop doubting your content. It's a great platform you have, I enjoy the calm delivery and the way you relate specifics to your opinions. So again, well done buddy. Keep them coming.

Having had a selection of original Superbs (stretched B5), mk2's and now the third generation model, I can honestly say they're one of the best made cars out there. A couple of points... The Octavia is based on a stretched Golf pan, and the Superb is a stretched Passat. Luxury Skodas are for people who appreciate amazing quality, refinement & economy, but aren't fooled by so-called premium badges.

The circles do overlap and I am in dead center. A 27 year old with the mind of a 70 year old man. Subscribed and liked!

The name alone is a winner. If someone in a flash car tells you its a crap car you can say, no sir, I assure you it's Superb!

So I'm 75 and I'm watching car videos. I have long admired the re-born Skoda brand although I am actually your entirely typical Volvo driver (of course). I enjoy your video keep them coming and thank you.

I’m a proud Skodarian and love how far they’ve come. Unfortunately prices are creeping up as they gain acceptance.

The Skoda Superb is a brilliant car. It lives up to its name. A dream to drive. Loads of room and fast!

I am 6'5 broad body frame and 24 years old. I bought my 2010 skoda superb 2.0 tdi cr 170bhp manual 80k miles late 2016 when I was 22 years old with full service history for £5800 from a prestige dealership which I bought outright saving money for a year I still have the car and love it I have modified it and been to several car shows modified nationals being one of them its dose annoy me sometimes how little attention these superbs get as in Europe they are well thought after but I like the exclusivity of the car other than when I do see one it has a taxi logo on it I haven't thought of buying a new car due to the fact I get everything i need with the superb and for me it was value for money I had sat in Passats Octavias vectra insignia and so on the superb just feels massive inside I had good leg space in the Passat and Octavia and others but felt my shoulders were squash abit the superb just feels so much bigger inside and out of all the cars i had test drove felt the most premium with how it drove and the interior with the boot space I could even roll up into a ball and fit into the back of it its huge with leg space I feel I will definitely struggle when I come looking for a new car maybe a Mercedes e class but then your paying for the badge for less leg space in the back and heavy mechanic Bill's I also refused to have a car with a parking button sorry for the long comment but I hold the superb close to my heart and wanted to share my experience with it may i also add i have 130k miles on the clock and only thing i have had done is timing change which didn't need doing but i wanted it change at 100k

I've had Octavias and Superbs, and the estates are excellent.
Well built, reliable, economical and great to drive.

I drove one of these as a taxi driver for around 3 years. When I last drove it in March it has 275, 000 miles on the clock and still felt good to drive. I'm looking at buying a 2014 model that had the minor facelift before the new model. These are going for around 8 to 10K. Brilliant cars, I thoroughly recommend them.

I bought a 2 year old one with 27, 000 on 5 years ago, now has 250, 000 on and still feels like new ...egr valve and an oil cooler are the only things that have been changed outside of normal serviceable parts . Use it as a taxi and the interior has stood up to all the wear and tear no bother. I've been a taxi driver for 15 years and its easily the most reliable car I've owned. Great video 👍

I’m 26 and absolutely love the superb! Dad had the first generation one back in 2004. It was a brilliant car for travelling round the country on holiday and visiting family. I need a large estate for work and thought one would be ideal. Even this second generation one is surprisingly more than I thought it would be when looking at anything at or under 100k miles.

When I visited Prague not long ago, I've rented a Skoda Octavia and I can tell you I had fun riding in them and the steering handle response is just perfect. Skoda came a long way!!

Guy at work has one 4x4 diesel he loves it equipment level is great i think he paid 7k for it any equivalent VW, Audi, etc would have set you back 12k, the Superb is a serious car for not a lot of money.

I bought an Octavia combi 1.9 TDI. I maintain it myself. Cheap, reliable, solid engine with plenty of torque and great for long road trips with all my toys (skis, surfboards, mountain bikes). Even slept in it on long trips. The Superb seems to be even better, although I do not know if the 2.0 TDI is as solid as the old 1.9. A friend has the 2.0 in his Audi A4 and he broke the injection pump. Cost him a fortune.

The superb competes in the same class as the Passat..the Octavia competes with the golf

Dude, they are awesome at doing what they do. Massive, cheap to run, that double boot is cool, the rear legroom is literally beyond compare. I have done 100k plus in 2 Superbs and regret selling my last. Got a Yeti and a Golf now but my heart is Superb.
