Hey Marty and Moog. You guys probably won't see this, but the KYB module is for the car's electric power steering. The Denso module is the Engine Control Module. Yes, a 1990's Kei car has electric power steering.

The FET turbo timer is designed to keep your turbo'ed car idling for a set amount of time after you turn off the ignition switch in order to allow the turbo to cool down in a bath of your car's idling oil pressure. I assume that the relay is part of the turbo timer arm/disarm system. And I assume that "high performance" means that the relay is not supposed to fail quickly.

Dude!!! That's a Sony XE-744 passive equalizer!!! I had one of those things back in the 90's sometimes they pop up on eBay for a lot of money! Keep it or give it to me. Lol.
