2023 Hymer Mercedes motorhome! Hymer T S585

The Hymer T-Class S is a relatively new motorhome from Hymer. The Hymer T S585 measures 709cm, comes with rear German bed layout with the possibility of sleeping up to three more people. Two important features of the vehicle are the 204cm clearance throughout and the diesel powered hot water and heating system. The interior boasts a cosy ambience with modern design touches that are typical of Hymer such as the smart lighting concept. It is based on the Mercedes-Benz front-wheel drive chassis with original frame.

The PUAL-foamed walls with aluminium inner and outer skin are an important component of the vehicle’s durable high-tech bodywork. Having used it in very cold weather, I can confirm that the excellent insulation of the closed-cell PU foam guarantees pleasant temperatures and low heating fuel consumption in winter.

I was always under the impression that the water and such are stored between the floors so that it can be taken in freezing temperatures. That way the water and water lines don't freeze since they're insulated and usually heated from the warm air in the van.
