C++ Professional API Documentation with Doxygen!

Today we are going to learn how to document our c++ code with Doxygen!
Comment your code like you normally would and make a full HTML static site, PDF and Latex!

This can be used for documenting your API for an internal team, a school project or just personal reference.

EDIT: Be sure to also install graphviz to generate the dependency graphs
