Business Dean's Newsletter - June 2024

Показать описание
As we begin to enjoy the summer, I am thrilled to present the first-ever June newsletter for the Longo Faculty of Business! Our commitment to fostering innovation, growth, and academic excellence is demonstrated through our focus on professional development, industry partnerships, and student achievements throughout the entire year.
Throughout this year, the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (EDIB) Advisory Committee has achieved significant milestones, driving forward transformative initiatives that promote inclusivity and belonging within our Faculty and across the broader Humber community. Their efforts have further enhanced the educational experience for all students and enriched the professional environment for faculty and staff, fostering a culture where diversity is celebrated.
We are excited to announce the inaugural Paul Davis Restoration Services Scholarship, which represents a significant opportunity for students in the Disaster Recovery Manager Certificate Program. With a total gift of $15,000, the scholarship will provide $3,000 annually for three scholarships to help students facing financial challenges focus more on their academic and professional growth.
