On June 20 2015 London Stansted Airport welcomed the first scheduled cargo flights from China with China Southern Airlines. The carrier is operating Boeing 777's twice per week from this date. This video captures the first arrival of B-2071 complete with the Fire Service water canon salute.

Also in this video is A7-AAM a BD700 of Qatar and a short takeoff Titan Airways Boeing 767-300, G-POWD, operating for British Airways; a few more aircraft are in the titles.

I hope you enjoy this first capture of China Southern's 777 at Stansted. Thanks for watching, sharing and commenting.

Nice to see! We have these guys at ORD.... the schedule seems somewhat random however. ATC is a nice addition.

It's great to see Stansted expanding, bringing a greater variety of aircraft and airlines. I look forward to seeing them more in the future, as you said, every twice a week which is nice. I'm glad someone was there to catch the inaugural flight, thanks for sharing. :D
