This list always changes because all the champs in this game are good, but the order is pretty solid I think.

there is a combo on lich
easy:
first the charm (skill 2)
then (skill 1) while enemy chasing or charmed
with ult:
make sure u time the charm and u hit the enemy with ult tp on ult while charmed skill 1 (slows enemy)
