Just did a review on the Mala my self, its absolutely not 4x spicy or 6x spicy as so many other Youtube channels click bait into their thumb nails or descriptions. The Mala is definitely worth putting into your basket or trolley, but does not come near the heat of the 2x Samyang noodles... I personally think that the 2x Spicy has a better flavour as well in my opinion.😃 ✌ Thank you for clarifying this myth about Mala and the 2X 👍

Hi Aaron! Love the 2x spicy, and i really want to try the limited edition Carbo Buldak. I heard its the carbonara noodles but comes with a 2x spicy sauce packet to add? Do you know anything about that?

I'm not sure if you were aware, but 2x contains hot pepper extract. which is why so think the burn from it lasts as long g ad it does.

Just received the Mala, 2x spicy, and the Volcano extreme heat ramen in the mail today from H Mart. Tried the Mala today and my 9 year old was able to eat them as well. Going to try the 2x tomorrow!

Smh...Mala is equivalent to the original fire noodle....only reason people are saying it's four times as hot as because this version uses Szechuan peppercorns as their heat Source no where on the package does it say four times as hot

I have no idea what happened. But I tried the Mala Noodles first. It was insanely spicy and it gave me that burning sensation on my lips and my tongue. After that I tried the 2x Spicy Noodles and it tasted like nothing. It just tasted the classic old fire noodles with that chicken taste and just a little spicier. But that was almost nothing. I could almost not taste the spice. It was crazy but true. The Mala really fucked my tongue up.

I definitely prefer the 2x spicy noodles as a 14 year old.

Who ever said Mala was 4x spicy? I honestly can't stand the Mala flavor. Worst out of the bunch in my opinion. 2x spicy is my favorite...

I agree that the mala is not as spicy as the 2x. And I do find it sweeter. I like prefer the mala because it's not as spicy.
