It is not a self learning unit it is a self destructive unit. Put a laptop on that thing tube it correctly and turn off closed loop and learn

If it's timing control.. check timing with light. I can't tell you ever step but holley will walk you through it rpm is jumping around to much... or it has a vacuum leak

Those self learning systems don't like cams with a bunch of overlap.

Still to much gas your afr should be reading at 12.5
