How do I get my sage yo-yo to spin longer without making it unresponsive? Also the response pads on my yo-yo aren’t fully flushed. Would that have anything to do with the spin time?

My yoyo always goes up at an angle away from me or towards me and then misses the string on the way down. Do I have to make sure the the yoyo is spinning perfectly vertical before I start the trick?

Hey, is there a chance your string will burn your index finger for this trick? I know when I was practicing the faster front mount, when I pulled up too fast it burned my index finger haha. Any way to deal with that?
