I find hangs to be one of the GREATEST return on investment exercises ever - since they can be done so effortlessly between sets during any exercise done in a rack or cable station

Being able to hang for 60 seconds is an incredible standard just about anyone can strive toward, and tests both grip strength and shoulder mobility

There’s also no wrong way to hang. Underhand, overhand, neutral, or wide are all great variations. I encourage finding your weakest variation
