Im from tha Twomp, right on the corner of West 20th and C st. My mom would tell me stories bout Wood and all the other homies and homegirls going to chichibu park and turning up having a good time. I was just a little kid, but I remember Nate Banks (RIP) and Woodie (RIP) coming around. Man I wish they were still around. But I'll keep the music alive every day.

Shits wild. I've met Tone a few times throughout the years, but my brother was close to Jacka. Every now and then, I would see him listening to his songs and tearing up. Crazy knowing Woodie brought them up.

I remember just kicking back with Woodie and Los in his parents house over in Mira Vista Hills in Antioch… We were kids man… He was throwing down fire back then and Los (blackbird) was too. Wish things went a whole different way…

I remember back in high school about 2005 or 2006 my brother introduced me to this guy he knew & said “ hey Philip this is woodies brother” “his dad married woodies mom” I didn’t hear a woodie cd until 2006 it was Yoc Influenced, Northern expozure vol. 1, Life stories vol. 1, demonz-n-my sleep & Northern expozure vol. 7.
So when I say “ REST IN PEACE” truly I shout it
