one of the most thing is to make a kids engage into a jiujitsu class, it can be very intimidating for them and they will never coming back, we need to find one of the easiest way to the kids to have fun at the first day of bjj lesson,

on this video i show a very simple a fun way for every kids to enjoy bjj and engage with the group without suffering, i have been using this idea to grow my kid program at Bernardo's and they enjoy every second of it.
