I'm 73, been riding since 4 and had horses since 11. Horses are wonderfully intuitive and forgiving. I trained horses for a therapeutic riding program in the 90s. Most were donated and came with minor to significant baggage from humans in their lives and needed tlc in training. All were amazing with disabled kids and adults. The horses understood the hearts of the humans.
Best day ever was when a non-verbal young lady dismounted, hugged the mare and whispered, "Thank you." Nothing can ever top that day. ❤❤❤

Pferde sind wunderschöne, sehr kluge, hoch sensible Tiere . Bei meiner Arbeit als Pferde Pflegerin durfte ich viele schöne Situationen mit Pferden erleben. Ich habe Stuten, Wallache und Hengste waren dabei, (verschiedene Ställe) verschiedene Rassen alle ohne Aufnahmen sind wundervolle Tiere .Ich danke dem Herrn das ich diese Arbeit machen durfte .❤❤❤

I had horses from being about 3 cant ride now but i love and respect them. Some have the most outrageous humour too. These working horses are the best there are . Our late Queen loved them so much 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🫡🫡🫡

Horses are amazing. In a way they seem to sense our emotions and pick up on our moods. I've seen how they act differently towards people and it's much the same as people behave, depending on the mood they are in.

Horses feel your emotions very much so thats why us equestrians develop such a strong bond with them horses a one of my favourite animals i couldn't be without them

My son is autistic (high functioning) and has recently started riding. I have seen horses being so gentle around him, while being so rough with some stable workers. I always talk to them in a gentle voice and thank them for working hard. They are majestic animals, patient and loving.

The man’s face when they embrace foreheads; you can see the man’s eyes he looks like he was in serious need of that interaction. Horses can sense that kind of energy; I went to a horse “therapy group session” where we met emotional support horses, and talked about coping skills and how to use them in real life.
