I can't believe how in depth this video is. It's so helpful. Every other video about this topic just says to wear comfortable clothes that you can sweat in. And while comfort is nice, that's not really that helpful. One thing I always have trouble with while working out/dancing is finding a food sports bra. I know this isn't exactly in your wheelhouse but if you have good tips for anyone with larger chests that would be great. It actually hinders me from working out. Especially in public

Mine is usually based on the feel. I dance some songs in shorts and a t-shirt. If it's smooth usually a flannel button down..And then if it's Krump I usually do it shirtless. Just depends.



Something I often do is wear what the steezy teacher is wearing in the video.

Usually a flannel works well for almost anything. Lulu lemon makes stretchy absorbent ones for guys btw.
