Welcome to this English lesson about sports. Playing sports, watching sports, and talking about sports are all very popular things for people to do. Learning English words and phrases to talk about sports is therefore a great thing to do as well!

There's a good possibility that you've either watched sports in the past or you are currently a sports fan. Either way, talking about sports is a good way to practice your English small talk!

In this free English class I'll help you learn English words and phrases for different sports and sporting events. I'll help you learn the English meaning and pronunciation of each word and phrase. I'll also use many additional phrases as I talk about each word. There's a lot to learn in the lesson!

In this English class you'll learn words and phrases like pitch, home, away, stadium, superfan, ejection, stands, bleachers, and more!

I hope you enjoy this English lesson about sports!
