He should talk more in-depth about their cookies with my sister. She was a shift manager at our local franchise for 3yrs. She started off as a baker/mixer before getting promoted and could tell you EXACTLY what goes into these cookies in edition to just how unhealthy they are.

Of course the sugar is terrible... but digestible carbohydrates convert to blood sugar... so the sugar per cookie is really higher once you digest it.

In the defense of the cookies, they are pretty delicious 🤔 it’s unfortunate that a single cookie has more than half a day’s worth of calories while offering next to nothing worth of nutrients. That being said, if someone gives me one I’ll still eat it and live with the guilt 😊

I saw this place somewhere, an ad or something. Was excited about a quality cookie that tastes good. Read the ingredients and it is as junky as any store bought cookie. Wtf? Why pay like 6x more for the same junkfood?
