I think it's because short dresses tend to ride up while you walk and usually they will tape the dress to the thighs to stop it from riding up on the runway which they either forgot to do or the tape came loose or something like that but usually we don't want to buy a dress that rides up so I can understand the brand being upset that it happened but not the viewers
