Ty for the short! 🤓 I'm assuming that the only way to solo freeze a chilled enemy is if they're attacked with unique sources that add chill per second, correct?

Example, if I had Penitent Greaves equipped, I cant freeze an enemy no matter how many times I attack because chill only adds a slow. However Noxious Ice aspect adds 20% chill per second, and would be frozen in 5 sec?

This would be easier in-game if chill had a footnote of it's limitations. Cheers! 🍻

Hey, is "chilled" considered "crowd controlled"? I mean if I do more damage to "crowd controlled" enemies, will that apply to "chilled" enemies. Also does "chilled" slow monster's attack speed or just their movement speed?
