British billionaire and founder of Phones 4u, John Caudwell, was one of the Conservative Party's biggest individual donors in recent years. But he's now extremely critical of the government and its record on boosting investment. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, meanwhile, has claimed the UK remains the best place in the world for business to be investing. Caudwell joins the show to discuss.
