After watching a few reviews of the new Dodge Charger, I was left dazed and confused as to what the product planners at Dodge were thinking. I dug deep and investigated what led Dodge to this decision.

Catch up, it's not Stellantis that wanted to destroy Dodge and the Hemi, it was Carlos Tavares. He's gone, Kiniskus is back. I heard they were going to discontinue the Hemi over two years ago.

There's no question they are trying to kill off anything that was once a great American product. Not just cars. I would never buy an EV Dodge charger how embarrassing. Fake exhaust noise is just an abomination. And the car is ugly as well by the way.

Stay here in Detroit and seen a new charger and I didn't give it a second look. Dodge need to scrap the new design.

Dodge will have a hard time under this new company, that's for sure.

I agree the manufacturers have not done enough to stand up to the ridiculous emission regulations and mandates to go electric in CA and other left wing states. They should just tell them to pound sand and refuse to do business there if those states won't listen to reason.

I used to love that little SRT6 back in the early 2000's, was really a Mercedes with Chrysler skin.

The discontinuation of the Hemi engine by Stellantis represents a significant loss, particularly given the lack of comparable performance and aesthetic appeal in the proposed EV replacement. The absence of a comparable internal combustion engine option in the current Challenger model is regrettable, and the introduction of the EV alternative, including Charger Daytona, fails to meet consumer expectations.

question is... is the new body style staying? I'd imagine it'll stay for the next 2-3 years, but i hope they revert back to an updated style of the 23 model year. And now there keeping the HEMI and Hellcat.

Once again…let the market decide. I was initially exited about this car’s design because minus the hatchback it reminded me of the 69/70 Chargers. Offering this electric version in addition to all previous versions of Scat Packs, Hellcats etc. would’ve allowed the market to speak/eliminate the ugly pig at the fair! I can’t believe the got rid of the Challenger…

I worked for dodge and just about every car was NOT reliable😂everything that was mostly annoying was in some part due to fiat garbage and electrical nonsense. The problem is in the engineering, MAKE A BETTER PRODUCT

Cool. I can't wait to check that video out. Interesting. I think it has a lot to do with Nissan in China trying to corner the market in America I heard that Carlos Tavares has a deal with China on electric cars

I really believe that you should look more into the relationship between Carlos Tavares and the Chinese company call Famg.

Your history is way off. The branding of Dodge came long before the first Challenger.
