I was going for unhealthy... and thats exactly what the Pit Boss Pellet Smoker Delivered!
(disclaimer) I forgot one critical step when preparing the Ribs... and that is to smoke the ribs for one final hour unwrapped. This is why the ribs seem to lack a crunch and color... however the flavor was awesome!
