More proof hacked and genned Pokemon give a massive advantage in competitive Pokemon. Fellow players like Wolfey VGC and other top VGC players and Pokemon world champions are all the same, cheaters. Early in SV I spent a whole week on my Spanish Violet rerolling for 6 star Ditto raids, because 6 star raids have 5 IVs guaranteed. Now I have two foreign ditto: one for physical Pokemon and one for special. Now I can make competitive pokemon quite easily, with the added masuda chance for shiny. This is actually rewarding. Genners just want it all to be easy. It's not that hard nowadays.

If anyone ever says obtaining competitive Pokémon in swsh or sv is hard, then they can be dismissed immediately and anything they say has no value in the slightest. If you play the game you’ll know how easy it is to obtain Pokémon which these vgc players would not know about.

my stances on genning/hacking have always been mixed but if you're gonna do it just keep it within single player or just random online battles. bringing them to official tournaments is very scummy

I Honestly dont understand how ppl can still cheat we get so many free gifted pokemons that are competitive build they can use to breed legal legit pokemon without having to hack also its so easy to build pokemons now a days with mints ability patches etc. honestly they need to stop this BS.

TPC have made it so easy to competitive train mons i don't understand why they still hack so much. It's just laziness I guess. Lifetime ban needs to be implemented for cheaters and try to reestablish credibility to vgc

My team may lose competitively however I at least lose with pride knowing I earned the loss by not cheating.

The fact the genned in mons didn't have the home tracker, means they either didn't play the older games, or if they did, they didn't care about the mons of the older games since they genned them. And didn't transfer them to home, so they can use it in future competitions

I get made fun of because i spend time actually training my Pokémon and yea it takes a bit of time well a good amount of time but I love the feeling

Man, all this over a children's bloodsport game. Nintendo really needs to slam the hammer, ban everyone, and nullify all of the tainted results. It sucks to imagine, but maybe the endgame solution to all this is to store all Pokémon with an encrypted hash on a cloud server operated by Nintendo. Would make the games require an online connection, but if it stops hacking then it's for the best.

I entered NAIC with Pokémon who were Bottle Capped, Minted and 520k in vitamins to max 2 EVs. Didn't get to Day 2, but at least i caught every Pokémon I used

Any Pokémon with the exact type of Hidden Power needed is definitely considered cheated even back when I was younger and wasn’t too familiar with how Hidden Power’s type was determined, I was skeptical of how people were able to do that considering how important IVs are back in Generation 6.
And I can tell you just how glad I am that they removed Hidden Power starting in Pokémon Sword/Shield because of just how tedious it was to get the right Hidden Power type and it would’ve caused balancing issues with Dynamax to an extent either way.

As someone who always tried to make legitimate teams as a kid, spending hours upon hours to make a decent team, I never knew I had no chance at the tournaments I attended. I assumed, naively, that people followed the rules.

Its crazy how they allowed and still allow for hacked mons at conpetitive level, it juat make it all a big joke, at this point having any tittle is worthless.
