Watch to learn more about which Harley-Davidson motorcycle battery may be best for your use. You’ll learn about our Lithium LiFe motorcycle battery and our original equipment AGM Battery.

Harley-Davidson Lithium LiFe batteries are a drop-in replacement for the Original Equipment battery with no fit adaptor or foam blocks required and have twice the life span of AGM lead acid batteries when following proper storage instructions. When disconnected from the motorcycle, a Harley-Davidson lithium-ion motorcycle battery will maintain its charge without maintenance for up to 12 months.

Our Lithium LiFe batteries feature an internal solid-state Battery Management System that automatically detects over/under charging for more-reliable starting performance and protects the battery from deep discharge, over voltage and over temperature.

Lithium batteries are not for everyone. Be sure to ask your H-D dealer if a Lithium battery is right for your application and use.

Harley-Davidson AGM Original Equipment Motorcycle Batteries feature the latest in AGM (absorbent glass mat) technology and are durable, long-lasting and trouble-free.

Additional features include stainless steel terminal bolts that won’t rust or corrode, lock-bonded plates that reduce vibration damage for longer battery life and a heat-sealed cover that prevents electrolyte leakage which improves reliability.

0:24 The major difference is the PRICE. And when I already get 7Y and 4M from my YUASA YTZ14S AGM battery and even 9 full years from a conventional YUASA battery, I highly doubt I will get double the life from a Lithium battery or 15 to 18 years.

I think these batteries are rubbish, or the one in my bike is a dud. I have 2022 Pan Am, it has one of these, and the thing doesn't hold a charge, if I let the bike sit for a day, then the next day it has lost voltage and won't start the bike. The Dealer has tested it and keeps telling me it is fine, and I know it is not. I have an aftermarket one in my old Lowrider, it can sit for a week and starts fine. At some stage I'm going to swap them to see if it is something on the bike that is draining it.

Question sportsters have a habit of the battery screws coming lose, think it's a good idea to put some lock-tight on the screws?

Harley is ok, if you don’t mind being in the back of the pack or always coming in 2nd constantly. 😂
