I sued DHL

I filed a small claims action against DHL for shipping delay and lost package. I sick of the lies and bull**it delays. Let DHL show up and tell their lies to a judge. #DoNotPay #DHLexpress

On May 01, 2021 I paid 520.36$ with my Visa card to Express pack and Ship 6112 N Mesa St El Paso, TX 79912 $520.36 to deliver a package to the Philippines via DHL USA. DHL provided me with a delivery date & tracking number. It's been 2.5 months now and the only thing happening is finger pointing, delays, and excuses and no box.

On June 29th I emailed Pack and Ship (Jess) and said: I want the box returned with an email attached that I would pay DHL’s “made-up” fees to recover the merchandise, and sue Pack and Ship Express and DHL for losses. Neither DHL or Pack and Ship is doing anything, I have an expectation of service for my money. DHL produced a tracking number and projected delivery date. I say DHL cant produce the box, delaying paying the insurance and hiding behind the Customs excuses. DHL, a 55 billion dollar company lame excuse says it's PH customs fault, well the emails I have come directly from .DHL.com requesting docs.

Mary Joy the package receiver has done everything requested from DHL, these docs were even provided to Pack and Ship Express to Jess. DHL has offered no remedy to retrieve or move the package forward to the destination and the bar keeps moving for 3 months now. Pack and Ship has notified me that the package is status “abandoned.” The only thing DHL has done is to “try” charge me for shipping back and “returning” the package to me, and can’t even do that. DHL failed at delivery and wants to be paid? If that’s DHL’s position then I want a refund for the shipping they are unable to perform on.

I’m asking for DHL or Pack and Ship to complete what it's been contracted to do or produce the package in 10 business days or i'll take DHL and Pack and Ship to court to seek refund $520.36 shipping cost for breach of contract, plus any extortion money paid to DHL for recovering my merchandise, if DHL or Pack and Ship can’t produce a box then damages in the amount of $1100 the content decaried at the time of shipping and my time at 70$ an hour plus court costs.

They delivered me an empty bag today was suppose to have 4 aluminum pulleys for my cable machine and they stole the contents turned it over to USPS and USPS delivered an empty bag that was cut down the side of the bag and contents removed
