Hey everyone, IARESMART here to explain the joke. In this meme we see Cad Bane, who made his first live-action appearance in the latest episode of The Book of Boba Fett series on Disney Plus. Ash Platt has taken that scene and put him into Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope, specifically the cantina scene. Instead of Greedo threatening Han, it's now Cad Bane, however the outcome goes in Han's favor, like the original scene. This works because the Cad Bane scene was a shoot-out, like the Han and Greedo scene. So this meme uses a new Star Wars scene to call back to one of the first.

I can't help it. At 0:20, when Cad Bane said "I'd be careful where I was sticking my nose if I were you", I couldn't help but wish they had a clip of Han saying "What nose?" Cad Bane doesn't even have nostrils unless they're somewhere else on his body, like a blowhole. I think Cad Bane is one of the better characters created since the original trilogy, but I have to acknowledge when someone leaves an opening for comedic retorts. I just probably read too many Spider-Man comics over the years, so I can almost hear a Peter Parker style smart aleck retort in all sorts of situations.
