The fan is not mounted because they knew it would be in the way when installing the GPU; however, you paid for the fan, so they include it. You don't really need it because you have those top fans which is another reason you don't need to mount that extra fan.

That fan was not needed. The exhaust on the AIO is enough. The best thing in the future is to call your tech friend before buying from a bad builder and also when the machine comes in. Research is your friend

I’m gonna go ahead and suggest that you probably don’t need that zip-tied fan on the back, there are more than enough fans inside. But the extra RGB does increase your mouse sensitivity while gaming 😜

I don't know for sure, but you might be able to loosen the screws at the top holding the radiator to the case and slide it forward for more space in the back for that fan. Then obviously tighten them back up once it's moved.

Maybe you can move the top radiator with the top fans more forward towards the front of the case so that the rear fan gets more room to mounted. But your current setup should fine. Nice pc with great performance. By the way, 3dmark is a good benchmark for your Graphics card and MSI Afterburner is great for overclocking but you wont need to overclock with your specs.Conrats and have lots of fun 😉

Just adjust the radiator a little, and that fan will fit. Also, I have the same case and vertical mounting the GPU thermal throttles a lot. You're better off going traditional mounting of the gpu in a horizontal orientation.

All the PC specs are the best you can get right now. I have a system with a 13900k and Rtx 4090 as well. The specific case they sent you seems like the graphics card can only be mounted vertically, which is a shame. In my opinion the rear fan isn’t necessary. My guess for it not being installed is that the liquid cooler on top didn’t leave room for it to be installed properly. If there is room to slide the liquid cooler about a 1/4 inch forward, I bet you can get squeeze the fan in. You just need some fan screws. You can just slightly loosen the mounting screws and slide it over if there is room. I believe you have to take the top plastic lid off first. I would also recommend using or upgrading your monitors to high refresh rate ones. I’m not sure if that is what you are currently using. Something like a 27” 4K 144Hz display would be perfect. Or maybe a super wide 34”. It’s all up to your preferences.

For the money you spent, you should have gone with digital storm computer. It's prebuilt, no assemble required. But you did get a great CPU and GPU.
