2017 Ford Escape wiper motor replacement

Hey YouTube, another fix on the ford escape. This time its the wiper motor. Very easy to do wrenching if the wiper motor fails or the arm strips out of the motor splines.

even after I replaced both motors and reinstalled the wipers, it goes up once and gets stuck up top. help! Passenger side wiper underneath the driver side motor.

Ive had this problem since i bought my 2017 escape 1/2 yrs ago the ford dealer ship cant figure out why its happening , i think i figured it out its $500 a pop for me on my warranty i bought for $3200 , extended warranties on a used vehicle is ;not usual but im a fool who keeps paying for it my question is why has it happened 3 times since i bought the car in june of 2023🤷🏿‍♂️
