I didn't just try an exoskeleton at CES this year — I wore one. The $999 Hypershell Pro X left me feeling less tired after a week tracking down gadgets in Las Vegas, even though it doesn't exactly make me faster or stronger. I also tried the $5,000 Arc'teryx and Skip Robotics MO/GO pants!

Most of our physical wear is just from the static vertical load during standing and walking, but this is still an interesting start. I guess if someone was carrying heavier loads this would increase endurance

The usecases for this equipment in the US military would be great. Think about how this can extend mission range for a soldier on top of the strength and stamina they’ve already trained up

1 horsepower doesn't sound like a lot since we're accustomed to engines with lots of horsepower. It's only when you stop and think that you realise 1 horsepower is indeed equivalent to the power oitput of a horse
