it almost feels like marketing is the final boss of game development, the kind of final boss that's 100x more difficult than previous boss fights but also require totally different strategy

Interesting that she mentioned marketing. I played the demo. The art was nice fresh air, but the gameplay was a bit rough/clunky. I felt that was the main reason the kickstarter failed, but that's just my view.
However, mad respect for the passion and never giving up mentality <3

I've been thinking about playing this for a while now, but never looked too much into it. I'm glad Unreal posted this because the art looks beautiful and has convinced me to play. Also, it's amazing that Shruti and her husband adopted 12 dogs. That warmed my heart. 🥰
