The game is designed for two and gives the players an opportunity to have a sea battle. The set includes two game displays (one for each player). The displays are made of rigid plastic and contain two fields each: one field for your own and the other for the opponent's fleet. There are also two sets of ships (each containing an aircraft carrier, a cruiser, a submarine, 3 destroyers, and 4 torpedo boats) plus 60 white and 60 red chips. The players place their ships onto the horizontal field of their display hiding from each other behind the screens where they will be indicating the expected locations of the opponent's ships. The goal of the game is to guess the locations of the opponent's ships and sink them. The ships are placed on the fields so that the space between them contains at least one cell. Once all the ships have been placed the game can start. There are two main variants of the game. The players shoot in turns or until the first miss. That is, if a player hits the opponent's ship, they make the following shot and only after a miss does the turn go to another player. The recommended time of the game is 25-45 minutes. The playing field is used for placing ships and indicating the results of the opponent's shots. The screen serves to indicate the results of your own shots at the opponent's field. Misses and hits are indicated by white and red chips accordingly on both the field and the screen. Each shot has its coordinates. To destroy an opponent's ship you will need a certain number of hits. This number corresponds to the number of apertures for red chips on the deck of the ship. The one to be the first to destroy all the opponent's ships is the winner.
