Almost 71 now in 2022 and I've moved on to Classical and the music of Kern, Gershwin, Porter, etc. But oh how these songs take me back to the days when I was young and the world was mine to explore. The buddies, the girlfriends I knew, the cars, and most of all the music. What a wonderful time it was to be young, and how bittersweet to remember .

I feel so blessed, as most every 'boomer' does, to have grown up to such wonderful and beautiful music, 50's, 60's, 70's, performed by individuals and groups that were 'over the top' with talent (way, way too many to begin to list).This song alone, 'Because', just lights my heart with 'smiles' whenever I hear it.
