Just an appeal to government
You're recruiting staff for PSB through IBPS not for private Bank
If you any plan of privatisation of public bank, just not add those vaccancies in IBPS.
Conduct seperate recruitment for it under private bank tag.
So atleast people will not fill preference for that Bank.
We here fighting among 100s counter parts to get a government Bank jobs, not a private one.

I think one should admit there is no answer for the privatization of bank . No need to get into history of bank before nationalisation and all.

Joined bank on 31st Jan as a PO.Up till now, i love it.Before preparation one should know the profile of that job.After fully satisfied with it, start preparing.Nothing won't stop you then.
