Gladys (Allison Janney) gets fired from her job, her house is destroyed, she loses all her hair, and is arrested and sent to prison for illegal traps after trying to kill RJ (Bruce Willis) and the gang with her weed hacker along with resisting arrest and assaulting two cops.

Actually, Gladys can be arrested for owning something very illegal even though she's the president of the homeowners association.

The former exterminator had bigger problems to worry about then resisting arrest. I'm guessing Gladys's cancelling the welcome home party.
The cops left her house a wreak after she went to prison for illegal traps.

Watching her try her best not to get arrested is one of the funniest spectacles in the film.

I'll bet it would be a popcorn-worthy moment seeing Gladys in court explaining to the judge why she had an illegal trap installed in her backyard and that the Verminator guy did sell it to her before he warned her it was illegal.
