This guy should teach the entire world. I say get rid of the teachers, just play his videos in all the schools. If we did that people might actually learn something at school.

Hi Khan, change in the voltage means change in the current over time at any resistor. Expressing R2 = 2×R1 which leads to E2 = 2×R1×I×I = 2×E1 could be more clear explanation. All best!
