ooo I got to try this! I recommend not using a metal lid because it can rust over time during the vinegar making process. Plastic lids work well

How long do you ferment it once it’s sat for 24 hours? A Fortnite? Or another full month? This looks amazing!

Down a fantastic rabbit hole 😅 today i started watching Townsend channel 😁 for the first time ever and enjoyed their mushroom ketchup video. Afterwards I came across different vids about banana ketchup and i seen some ingredients needed are banana vinegar and coconut vinegar, so of course i got to searching and found this lovely vid 😅 i love ginger 😊 I've never heard of these types of vinegars until today 😅.
