I'm going to Denmark for 2023-2024 through the Rotary Youth Exchange. I cannot wait to go and I plan to use my YouTube to document the trip, I already know it's going to be amazing!

2002-03 exchange student to Mexico here. Rotary Youth Exchange completely changed my life for the better. I became more independent, more outgoing, and more of a global citizen. RYE opened my eyes and my heart to the world in ways I never thought possible.

2007-2008 youth exchange student here. This is an experience like no other, you form life-long friendships and meet people that you'll consider family forever. Don't think about it, if you have the possibility to enter the youth exchange program, do it!

1976 Student from Australia to Oregon USA. "Changed my Life"does not really describe what a year overseas did for me. It set me up to achieve different things I had not dreamt of. Now a Rotarian, 4 times President of my Club, District Youth Exchange committee for 16 years, Chairman for 5 years, hosted 19 Long term students and ~40 shorter term, Plus some older Rotex come for a working holiday. Had many students return and visited many in their home country. So many gains from my exchange. The world has changed and RYE needs to adapt to the new world, but needs to continue. My Club's new Inbound from Finland has jut arrive 3 days ago.

I’m incredibly grateful for this program! I haven’t even gone on my exchange yet and this program has done so much for me!❤ It is a very difficult process that I haven’t even barely dipped my toes into yet but it already seems so worth it!

Rotary Youth Exchange was one of the best things that happened in my life. I put what I was used to behind for an entire year and strove for a new unknown possibility!
And oh my ward, how glad I was to make that choice. I had the most marvellous time. It enriched my life, awarded me with compassion.

Question here: when you go on exchange to another country, do you go to an international school there, do you have to pay for that as well? Sorry if that's a dumb question

in july i travel to europe for my YE. one year i’ll be gone and i hope it’s worth it
