This is possible. What more, I completed ACCA APM subject, which has lowest pass rate within two weeks whilst working, even though I did not have any practicle working experience in performance management before hand for last 4 years. Actually I entered ACCA through exemption.
Firstly, if you are naturally gifted with a sharp mind and you have the desire to study then you can pass very quickly. I know scholars who have studied so much that the amount of knowledge that they have amounts to 200 degrees. Undoubtedly these people are gifted with very sharp mind. Second way is to approach a given subject based on overall look. Overall look means you deduce the subject matter just by reading the highlights, based on the vast knowledge you have in many fields or sciences. Second technique is much faster than first method, but the person needs to have the breath of knowledge. Every science speak truth and these truths are connected. This is similar to how sherlock holmes finds criminals based on subtle clues. People in second category don't just focus on theory per se but they focus on the wording as well. So you will find these people to be extremely eloquent compare to first category who focus in theory only.

So this is how he might have passed the exams in record time. He is gifted with a sharp mind. He has desire to learn. Since he attempted the subjects in short span of time he can connect between theories. And finally the wording sticks in mind as well when you attempt exams in short span of time.

I would love to know how this is possible when there are three CIMA case studies that can only be sat every 3 months?! 😮

This cannot be done mathematically. Surely it was longer than 10 months?
Unless you were exempt from all the modules up to strategic level and only had to sit one case study. As you know you cannot move on to the next pillar unless you’ve completed the case study from the previous pillar

Dont talk shit CIMA, takes you 2 months just to mark the case study, so it's not even possible. 6 months waiting time just there. No one is really inspired by these unrealistic achievements. Good for him. Is there any chance of getting a job with a CIMA qualification in Africa or the Middle East that isn't on the same payscale as a delivery driver?
